Clerksroom’s personal injury team is national in scope, coverage, and importance. Geographically, with bases at 218 Strand opposite the RCJ and in Manchester next to the new Civil Justice Centre, as well as Taunton, Birmingham and Leeds personal injury represents almost a third of the work undertaken by Chambers. The personal injury group have a sophisticated intranet which keeps members current and offer in house training as well as seminars around the country. We are pleased to under early assessments of cases and appear in the CICA, coroner's courts, inquiries and inquests as well as mediations on a regular basis.
